Technical Engineer Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, technical inspections & feasibility assessments
• Supervise solar PV installation, testing, commissioning & handover
• Read and verify SLDs, electrical drawings & layouts
• Troubleshoot modules, inverters, batteries, AC/DC wiring, earthing & protection systems
• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors & contractors
• Provide technical support during customer visits & project discussions
• Prepare commissioning, service & technical reports
• Train customers on system operation & safety
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety & quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years of relevant Rooftop Solar experience
• Rooftop Solar EPC experience is mandatory
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical testing, troubleshooting & site execution
• Good communication, problem-solving & coordination skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites
