Technical Engineer - FIT OUT

We are looking for an experienced Technical Engineer – Fit-Out to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, shop drawings, material submittals, site technical support, and ensuring that fit-out works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings and technical details.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Prepare and submit material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical documents.
• Ensure drawings and technical submissions comply with project specifications and consultant requirements.
• Provide support to the site team during project execution. Identify and resolve technical issues and site discrepancies.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and interior fit-out works.
• Review site conditions and propose practical technical solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow up on consultant approvals.
• Assist the Project Manager and site team with technical coordination and project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE fit-out projects. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and renovation works.
• Experience in preparing and coordinating shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Good knowledge of architectural finishes, gypsum works, ceilings, flooring, joinery, doors, kitchens, and related fit-out works.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Good understanding of UAE construction standards, authority requirements, and consultant procedures.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Candidates with strong Dubai fit-out project experience will be preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,001.00 per month
