Technical Engineer - Ghuwaifat Project

JOB PURPOSE

The Technical Engineer (Civil) exists to provide technical support and resolve engineering issues throughout the project. The role ensures construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Provide technical solutions to site and construction issues.

• Coordinate technical queries, RFIs, and design clarifications.

• Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs and standards.

• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with consultants and project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Field/Specialization: Civil.

• 5+ years of relevant technical/engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• UAE/GCC construction experience.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Ability to manage a small technical team (draftsmen).

• Strong coordination skills with the site team.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or Turkish is an advantage.

• Primavera P6 knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.

• Effective communication and reporting skills.
