Technical Engineer – High-Rise Construction

Integra Prime Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Technical Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction.

* High-Rise Construction experience is mandatory.

* Previous experience with a Main Contractor is mandatory.

* Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.

* Strong experience in Technical Office / Technical Engineering works.

* Good knowledge of Shop Drawings, IFC Drawings, Material Submittals, RFIs, MIRs and WIRs.

* Experience coordinating with Consultants, Subcontractors and Site Teams.

* Ability to review drawings, specifications and technical requirements.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage.

* Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, review and coordinate shop drawings and technical submissions.

* Review IFC drawings, specifications and project requirements.

* Prepare and follow up RFIs and technical clarifications.

* Coordinate technical matters with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

* Review consultant comments and ensure timely closure.

* Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP interfaces.

* Support the project team in resolving technical issues.

* Ensure technical submissions and site works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

Important: Candidates who do not have High-Rise Construction experience, Main Contractor experience, or are not currently based in the UAE will not be considered.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
