Technical Engineer - Infrastructure

• Lead the technical compilation of handover packages and ensure drafting outputs comply with project specifications.
• Prepare spares and special tools schedules and coordinate deliveries to RTA, DEWA, DU and DM stores.
• Supervise and review drawings against specifications and manage the approval cycle.
• Coordinate training programs and obtain written acceptance for completion and handover requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience, including at least 4 years on RTA projects in Dubai.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compiling handover documentation for Dubai infrastructure projects through Taking Over/closeout.
• Strong specification-reading ability with good understanding of technical clauses and requirements.
• Familiarity with RTA Road Lighting Specifications, DEWA technical specifications and DM irrigation requirements.
