Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering
• At least 1–2 years experience as Technical Engineer or Field Engineer
• Willing to travel within assigned areas for project/site requirements
• With driving skills and a valid driver's license
• Proficient in AutoCAD for creating and modifying technical drawings
• Knowledgeable in mechanical products, including valves, flowmeters and pumps.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience in:

• Industrial Automation
• Fire Protection Systems / Fire Pumps
• PLC & SCADA Systems
• Electrical Actuator

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination: End-to-end client assistance from start to end of project
• Client Coordination: Provide complex technical information to clients
• Sales Support: Offers unwavering support to the Sales Team
• Project Knowledge: Mastery of product line
• Project Knowledge: Ability to manage issues in relation to the product line
• Documentation: Submission of necessary documentations and Project/Service Report as per schedule
