We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following 3 positions to join our construction team for a resort project based in Ubud, Bali:

1. Drafter

2. Technical Engineer

3. Site Supervisor

Placement: Ubud, Bali (Resort Project)

1. Drafter

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD/drafting software

• English proficiency required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise technical drawings based on project design and specifications

• Coordinate with engineers and site team to ensure drawing accuracy

• Update drawings according to site changes and instructions

• Maintain organized drawing documentation and revisions

2. Technical Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or quality management

• English proficiency required

Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings to ensure design intent is correctly understood and implemented

• Assist in preparing and monitoring construction organization plans and technical documents

• Support daily on-site technical management and help resolve technical issues

• Monitor construction quality, inspection, and compliance with drawings and technical specifications

• Familiarity with Indonesian construction/quality regulations; relevant industry certifications are a plus

3. Site Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or quality management

• English proficiency required

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily on-site construction work

• Oversee construction quality, progress, and safety compliance

• Support technical briefings and on-site construction guidance

• Liaise with the local team and subcontractors

• Operate surveying equipment for site measurement and layout

• Honest, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
