Technical Engineer – Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support

We are looking for a Technical Engineer / IT Support Engineer to provide technical support throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales consultation and solution recommendation to installation, troubleshooting and post-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with technical consultation, solution recommendations, quotations and proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT/networking solutions.
• Perform installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Assist with site surveys, project implementation and system maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams on technical matters.
• Prepare technical and service documentation.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional support.
• Travel to customer sites when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Networking or related field.
• Minimum CGPA 3.0 is required.
• Fresh graduates with CGPA 3.0 and above are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware and software.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining technical solutions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Added Advantage

• Experience in pre-sales / technical sales / solution consulting.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switches, routers and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with IT hardware, networking products or system integration projects.
• Experience in technical presentations, product demonstrations or proposal preparation.
