Technical Engineer - Solar Energy

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Engineer to lead our engineering team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in solar engineering with strong leadership capabilities to ensure project success and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the engineering team in the design and development of solar PV systems, including feasibility studies, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct technical evaluations, site assessments, and system performance analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, sales, and operations to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in solar energy.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the engineering team to foster continuous learning and growth.
• Stay updated with advancements in solar technologies and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar engineering, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and codes
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
