Technical Engineering Assisstant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Execution: Lead and execute robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) programs.
• Breakdown Management: Rapidly resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Utility Operations: Ensure uninterrupted, efficient operation of all plant utilities (electricity, water, compressed air, etc.).
• Inventory & Documentation: Manage spare parts inventory control, technical engineering documentation, and vendor relationships.
• Engineering Projects: Drive engineering improvement initiatives, capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, and facility upgrades.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in plant maintenance or engineering within a manufacturing setting
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and spoken); Conversational proficiency in Mandarin

Technical & Leadership Competencies

• Technical Skills: Advanced hands-on troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical systems
• Maintenance Frameworks: Proven experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and leading downtime reduction strategies
• Problem-Solving: Proficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and downtime data analysis
• Safety & Standards: In-depth knowledge of 5S (5R) methodology and Occupational Health & Safety / ISO 45001 frameworks
• Management: Strong systematic managerial skills, organizational planning, and team leadership capabilities

Software & Tool Proficiencies

• Design & Engineering: AutoCAD
• Productivity Suites: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet)
