Technical Engineering (Oil&Gas)

About the role

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers in the industrial compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) supply business. Visit customer sites regularly to identify, analyze, and resolve operational and facility-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers
• Visit customer sites regularly to identify, analyze, and resolve operational and facility-related issues
• Investigate root causes of technical problems and propose effective solutions and improvement plans
• Develop technical proposals, including facility improvement recommendations and fuel conversion studies for new and existing customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to transform technical findings into commercially viable proposals and identify new business opportunities
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance and engineering work performed by contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and other related documents

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Over 3 years of practical experience in Engineering, Maintenance, EPC, or other related technical fields
• Confident and professional communication skills with the ability to interact directly with customers
• Good command of spoken and written English for daily business communication
• Able to visit the site and support technical issues within 100km in Bangkok
• Experience managing and coordinating external contractors and service providers (Advantage)
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively as a team player (Advantage)
