Technical Executive

Salary: $2,800 – $3,300/month

Job Summary

Supervise technicians and oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance to ensure building systems are safe, reliable, and well maintained. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor coordination, inspections, and building improvement works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in carrying out daily facilities management and maintenance activities.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for various building systems to ensure reliable operations.
• Conduct regular building inspections, identify defects, and follow up on necessary rectification works.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure maintenance and repair works are completed according to specifications, timelines, and safety requirements.
• Verify completed works and maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
• Support alteration and addition (A&A), upgrading, and building improvement projects.
• Monitor work orders and ensure maintenance issues are followed up and closed promptly.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, building regulations, and relevant standards.
• Support other facilities management and operational duties as required.
