Technical Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Coordinate fault response, troubleshooting and service recovery.
• Monitor contractor performance and service delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and condition assessments.
• Prepare maintenance, incident and operational reports.
• Support emergency response and root cause investigations.
• Prepare work scopes and technical inputs for proposals.
• Maintain asset records, inventories and CMMS data.
• Support statutory inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with mobilisation, handover and transition activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience in contractor management, incident reporting, root cause analysis and work proposals.
• Familiar with asset inventory management and CMMS.
• MSD System Integrator accreditation or experience supporting security systems in protected facilities is an advantage.
