Technical Executive

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Building Manager to plan and execute programme for routine and preventive maintenance for the building
• Update and administer both pre- and post-contract administration works for term contracts and minor improvement works
• Assist in monitoring maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are meet and payment are promptly made to contractors and service providers
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises
• Coordinate and supervise works done by contractors and ensure their performance are in conformance with Service Level Agreements
• Works closely with stakeholders or tenants to ensure that fitting-out design and artwork are aligned with Client’s brand and fitting-out guidelines; assist in the management of tenanted space and facilities
• Attend to feedbacks/complaints (if any) from tenants or stakeholders
• Establish good working relationship/ rapport with various parties including building owners, tenants and contractors
• Propose improvements including workflow and communication among stakeholder
• Issue permit to contractors and tenants
• Conduct/attend weekly/monthly meeting with client and preparation of minutes
• Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Superior
• Assist with the updates and inputs or SOW for tender documents for term contracts
• Coordinate & supervise monthly servicing works schedule on every last Saturday of the month
• Track and initiate timely renewal of statutory licenses under his responsibility

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Building Management /Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
