Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of filtration parameters such as Vmax, Pmax, Tmax

• Good knowledge of bioprocess stages including Upstream and Downstream processing

• Familiarity with filter validation studies and E&L (Extractables & Leachables) studies

• Hands-on experience with single-use systems and assemblies

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve technical queries related to membrane filters, capsule filters, cartridge filters, hollow fiber systems, virus filtration, ATF, TFF, and depth filters

• Conduct filtration studies, trials, and generate detailed technical reports

• Provide application and technical support to customers for bioprocess and filtration products

• Demonstrate and guide usage of single-use systems including 2D/3D bags, bioreactor bags, and connectors

• Clearly communicate product features, applications, and benefits to new and existing clients

• Understand customer requirements, collaborate with internal teams, and provide effective technical solutions

• Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Scientific teams for seamless execution

• Prepare technical presentations and support marketing, sales, and commercial teams

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and participate in team reviews for planning and improvements
