Technical Executive

About the role

Technical Executive role focused on managing preventive and corrective maintenance works, coordinating fault response activities, and ensuring optimal asset performance and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure optimal asset performance.
• Coordinate fault response and service recovery activities efficiently.
• Monitor contractor performance and service delivery to maintain high operational standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and condition assessments.
• Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and operational updates.
• Support emergency response operations and participate in incident investigations.
• Develop scope and technical inputs for work proposals.
• Manage maintenance records, inventories, and asset data accurately.
• Support statutory inspections and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Participate actively in mobilisation and transition activities.

About you

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Building Services.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in contractor management, incident reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), work proposal preparation, asset inventory management, and the use of CMMS systems.
• Preference will be given to candidates with MSD System Integrator accreditation or prior experience supporting security systems within protected facilities.
