Technical Executive

Job Title: Technical Executive – Fleet & Machinery
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fleet & Machinery Monitoring Executive who can monitor and track company machinery and vehicles such as JCBs, tractors, trucks, and other heavy equipment through GPS/vehicle tracking software. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring vehicle locations, movement, working hours, stoppage, and other operational data through the software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor JCBs, tractors, trucks, and other machinery through GPS/fleet tracking software.
• Track the live location and movement of all vehicles and machinery.
• Monitor working hours, running hours, idle time, stoppage time, and routes through the software.
• Check whether machinery is operating as per the assigned location and schedule.
• Identify unauthorized movement, excessive idle time, unusual stoppages, or route deviations.
• Regularly check the status and connectivity of GPS tracking devices.
• Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly tracking reports.
• Report any discrepancies or unusual activities to management immediately.
• Coordinate with the GPS/software service provider whenever there is a technical issue with the tracking system.
• Ensure that all vehicles and machinery are properly visible and active on the tracking software.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to fleet monitoring.

Required Skills:

• Experience with GPS tracking/fleet management software.
• Good knowledge of JCB, tractor, truck, and heavy machinery operations.
• Ability to understand and interpret GPS tracking data and reports.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good observation and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify unusual movement or operational activity through software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in fleet monitoring, GPS monitoring, control room operations, or machinery tracking will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
