About Us

Skud Technical is the only company in Malaysia internationally certified for both air balancing (TAB) and cleanroom testing (CPT). We test and certify cleanrooms and biosafety cabinets for semiconductor plants, pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, laboratories and data centres.

The Role

You will report to our CPT Manager and support the cleanroom testing team from the office. Your main job is to turn site test data into accurate, professional reports and certificates, and convert our testers’ site sketches into clean AutoCAD drawings.

What You Will Do

Reports and Certificates

• Compile test data from our site testers and key it into report templates
• Prepare test reports and certificates for cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, laminar flow units and other controlled environment equipment
• Check data for missing or unclear readings and follow up with testers
• Submit reports to the CPT Manager for review and approval
• Track submissions, revisions and client comments

AutoCAD Drafting

• Convert testers’ rough site sketches into neat AutoCAD drawings showing test points and filter locations
• Clarify unclear sketches with testers before finalising
• Update drawings when site information changes

Documentation

• Prepare test forms before site work
• Maintain instrument calibration records
• File project documents in SharePoint and OneDrive
• Coordinate with project and site teams

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, HVAC, ACMV or related field
• 1 to 3 years experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, cleanroom or construction documentation
• Fresh graduates with good AutoCAD drafting skills will be considered
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
• Able to read HVAC and layout drawings
• Good written English for technical reports
• Good with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Very careful and detail-oriented
• Experience with Bluebeam or cleanroom testing is an advantage
