What they need
Responsibilites:
- Develop and standardize machine parameter settings for blown film and other flexible packaging processes.
- Conduct raw material, film and process testing to ensure product specifications are achieved.
- Analyze and troubleshoot film defects such as gels, fish eyes, gauge variation, poor sealing and other extrusion related defects.
- Provide technical support to production teams and implement corrective actions to improve film quality and yield.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience in plastics processing, blown film or flexible packaging.
- Good understanding of PE/PP materials, extrusion processes and film properties.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and production-floor problem-solving skills.
