Technical Executive, Sustainability Program

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement energy management and energy efficiency programmes, including costing and project execution.
• Monitor energy performance, compile and analyse hospital energy data, and review CEM reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate energy-saving initiatives, awareness campaigns and hospital-level energy management activities.
• Support Energy Management Gold Standard (EMGS) certification activities, including internal audits and HSIP preparation.
• Identify, evaluate and propose Energy Efficiency (EE) projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Green Building Certification and Energy Performance Contract (EPC) projects.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs), invoices, claims and supporting documentation for energy management services.
• Maintain accurate energy management records, filing systems and databases, including ASIS.
• Communicate and promote the Energy Management System (EnMS) to hospital management and relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams, hospital representatives, contractors and other stakeholders to support effective energy management initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as required.
