Our client is a fast-growing high-technology enterprise specializing in marine communication systems, ocean observation networks, subsea connectivity, marine oil & gas systems, and underwater equipment integration. To strengthen its R&D and innovation capability in Shanghai and surrounding areas, the company is now recruiting. Position: Technical Expert Missions & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end R&D, technical planning, and external technical communication for marine communication systems, ocean observation networks, marine oil & gas applications, subsea connectivity products, and underwater equipment systems. Drive technological advancement and product upgrades under the leadership of the General Manager.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of industry and market trends, anticipate future developments, and define the company’s overall technical direction aligned with strategic planning. Coordinate resources across front-end sales, technical support, R&D, and process engineering to maximize technical effectiveness.
• Understand customer needs, define product specifications and key performance indicators, and develop system-level solutions based on core products to ensure rapid and efficient new product development.
• Analyze domestic and international competitors’ technologies and market capabilities; formulate product strategy and differentiated competitive approaches. Collaborate with marketing teams on market research, business development, and technical support. Propose directions and projects for R&D and technological innovation.
• Build and develop a high-performing technical team. Lead capability development, talent pipeline building, and technical training. Strengthen team competitiveness, profitability, and overall R&D capacity. Requirements: Background:

Marine Information & Offshore Engineering, Fiber Optic Communications, Mechatronics, or related fields. Experience:

• PhD with rich R&D or related experiences, and 3+ years as Chief Engineer / Technical Lead(overseas experiences preferred).
• Proven leader from top tiers companies, universities, or research institutes.
• Familiar with new product development processes, with 3+ years as independently leading and completing major R&D projects.
• Solid understanding of production processes, technical standards, product specifications, manufacturing workflows, and equipment.
• Strong awareness of advanced technologies, industry development trends, and market direction. Able to independently prepare industry research and trend analysis reports. Compensation & Benefits.
