Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT and Core IT recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical requirement understanding
• Schedule and manage interview processes
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment database
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within deadlines

Requirements

• 2 3 years of experience in IT Technical / Core IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of technical and infrastructure-based IT roles
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire sales cycle
• Achieve monthly sales objectives
• Qualify the customer needs
• Negotiate and contract
• Master demos of our software

Must Have

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• Passion for software products
• Perfect written English
• Highly creative and autonomous
• Valid work permit for Belgium

• Experience in writing online content
