Job Summary

The Technical Manager is responsible for leading technical projects and teams, ensuring the successful execution of engineering solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout project phases, including design, development, and implementation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control measures, ensuring that all deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing budgets and timelines to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); a Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical management role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
