Job Description – Facility Manager (Hard Services)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Facility Manager – Hard Services who will be responsible for managing

technical operations and maintenance activities across facilities, ensuring smooth functioning of

MEP systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hard service operations including electrical, HVAC, plumbing,

firefighting, DG, UPS, and MEP maintenance activities.

• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are executed effectively.
• Coordinate with MEP vendors, AMC partners, and technical teams.
• Monitor energy consumption, asset health, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and audit processes.
• Conduct routine technical inspections and maintain maintenance trackers/reports.
• Handle vendor negotiations, service schedules, and technical escalations.
• Support fit-out, renovation, and infrastructure-related activities when required.
• Ensure minimum downtime and uninterrupted facility operations.

Preferred Requirements:

• 4–10 years of experience in hard services/facility engineering.
• Strong exposure to commercial buildings, office spaces, or coworking environments.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and technical compliance.
• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical preferred.

Pay: ₹16,253.89 - ₹62,004.64 per month
