Roles and Responsibilities :**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for construction chemicals, epoxy, protective coatings, and waterproofing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the company's products.
- Provide technical support to customers by offering product recommendations, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in a similar role within the building material or chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction chemicals, epoxy resins, protective coatings, and waterproofing systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
