Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in mall operations, building facilities, property management, or a similar environment
• With experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building systems
• With strong experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
• With proven leadership and team management skills
• Able to supervise and coordinate with technical personnel, contractors, suppliers, and mall tenants
• Knowledgeable in building safety, maintenance standards, and applicable government regulations
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical documentation
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

a. Supervises engineers and maintenance staff;

b. Supervises engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.

c. Manages relationships with external suppliers, and service providers, ensuring cost-effective use of resources;

d. Oversees all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues;

e. Ensures compliance with applicable codes, regulations, government agency and company directives as relates to building operations;

f. Conducts regular inspections of operating mechanical, electrical and equipment systems;

g. Maintains engineering reports;

j. Assists in the mall operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
