Technical Head
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the technical team.
- Manage installation, maintenance, and project execution.
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, sales, and operations teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support technicians.
- Monitor safety procedures and site activities.
- Review and approve job cards, service reports, and completion reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, AV, IT, or related field.
- Experience in LED displays, digital signage, or AV systems.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and project documents.
