We are Hiring Technical Head – Distillery for Africa Location
Location: Tanzania, Africa
Experience: 5–10 years managing distillery operations as Head/Manager
Qualifications:
Degree in Alcohol Technology (DIFAT or equivalent)
General Certificate in Distillation (e.g., IBD)
Technical Focus:
Hands-on expertise in grain & molasses distillation
Complete fermentation control & yield optimization
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily plant operations, wash preparation, & spirit blending
Optimize fermentation kinetics, yield, & energy efficiency
Manage plant maintenance, utilities (boilers, ETP/ZLD), & quality control
Ensure safety, local environmental compliance, & team leadership
