Job Summary

As part of the Tech account, you will provide technical assistance by troubleshooting common issues, guiding customers through solutions, and escalating complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service restoration procedures within scope.
• Communicate expected next steps and available solutions clearly.
• Document technical issues and troubleshooting steps accurately.
• Support root-cause information gathering when required.
• Maintain current knowledge of supported products and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications

• At least High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• BPO, Technical Support, Customer Service or Call Center experience is required.

Work Setup and Location:

• ONSITE - Mandaluyong

Shift Available:

• Nighshift, Graveyard, Midshift, Dayshift, Shifting Schedule
