Technical Helpdesk Support

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answers telephone inquiries, requests and complaints on all services.
• Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting clients network and ensured that all outages and problems were properly documented, resolved and closed out, which includes ensuring that the customer been contacted with a resolution.
• Maintain DOBS System particularly in trouble ticketing log.
• Equipment preparation needed for the restoration.
• Coordination with last mile contractor and field operation for the restoration activity.
• Follow-up all pending outage reports forwarded to concerned sections.
• Handle restoration/ ticketing for special projects.

Job Qualifications

• Must a graduate of BS IT, BS ECE, CpE or any technical related course.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Preferably with telecommunication experience but not required.
• Experience in Customer Service under Technical Support account is a plus.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
