About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Implementation Manager to lead software implementations for financial and enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software implementation and deployment
- Coordinate with clients and technical teams
- Gather requirements and manage system integrations
- Oversee testing, issue resolution, and project delivery
- Manage project risks, timelines, and documentation
- Ensure smooth deployment and client handover
About you
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–8 years of software implementation experience
- Experience in fintech, ERP, or enterprise systems
- Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integration
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Experience with Jira or MS Project is an advantage
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
