Technical Implementation Manager / Engineer — Logistics SaaS

UpstartAEC is hiring a Technical Implementation Manager / Engineer for a U.S. logistics technology company.

This is a customer-facing, hands-on implementation role for someone who can move comfortably between logistics operations and technical problem-solving .

You’ll lead enterprise implementations from discovery through go-live, while also working directly with system configuration, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and post-launch stabilization.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through go-live
• Gather operational and technical requirements
• Translate logistics workflows into system configuration and solution requirements
• Configure and validate the platform
• Support integrations with TMS, WMS, ERP, APIs, middleware, and other systems
• Troubleshoot configuration, API, integration, and data issues
• Work with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support to resolve technical problems
• Lead UAT, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization
• Train customers and maintain implementation documentation

What we’re looking for

• Customer-facing implementation experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience with TMS, WMS, YMS, logistics SaaS, transportation, warehouse, delivery, or supply-chain systems
• Hands-on software configuration / system setup experience
• Experience with integrations and REST APIs
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues involving configuration, data, APIs, or system behavior
• Experience with UAT, testing, and go-live
• Strong English and customer communication skills
• MUST be based in Brazil

Nice to have

Postman/Insomnia, SQL, EDI, middleware/iPaaS, SAP/Oracle/NetSuite integrations, logs/observability tools, or prior Solution Architect / Technical Consultant / Professional Services experience.

This is not a software developer role. Coding is not required, but you must be technically comfortable enough to investigate issues before escalating them to Engineering.
