Growing maritime technology company seeking a Client Success Specialist to support customers using a vessel operations platform. This role combines customer onboarding, training, account support, and relationship management while working closely with vessel crews, shore-side personnel, and internal teams. Function Description

The Maritime Client Success Specialist serves as the primary day-to-day contact for customers following system implementation. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, training, account management, product adoption, and ongoing support. The role works closely with vessel crews, shore-side personnel, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure customers effectively utilize the company's technology and receive a high level of service.

Requirements Key Requirements

• 2-4 years of maritime, vessel operations, customer support, or related experience
• Maritime academy education, licensed deck/engine officer experience, or equivalent vessel operations background preferred
• Experience delivering training, onboarding, or customer-facing support
• Working knowledge of maritime operations and vessel systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities
• Comfortable learning and supporting technical software and hardware solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM or maritime software experience is a plus
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Valid passport preferred
