Technical Inspector (Electrical Engineer Field)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection work at customer sites and factories according to assigned scope, client requirements, inspection methods, and technical specifications.
• Conduct on-site checks, sampling, measurement, visual inspection, and related testing activities as required.
• Review customer requirements, inspection instructions, specifications, and reporting criteria before each assignment.
• Verify equipment, calibration status, safety readiness, and required tools before conducting inspection work.
• Record accurate inspection findings, measurements, photos, evidence, and other relevant information in a clear and traceable manner.
• Prepare complete and timely inspection reports based on actual findings from customer sites.
• Communicate factual inspection results professionally to internal teams and customers, without making unauthorized decisions or concessions.
• Escalate any safety, technical, quality, equipment, or out-of-scope issues to the responsible supervisor or technical team.
• Support investigations, re-inspections, complaints, corrective actions, and technical improvement activities when required.
• Travel regularly to customer factories or inspection locations by yourself as part of the main job responsibilities.
• Work 6 days per week, mainly Monday to Saturday, depending on inspection schedule and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Electronics or Electrical, other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC, Quality Inspection, Product Inspection, or Laboratory Quality Control.
• Experience in QA/QC or laboratory work within manufacturing companies or distributors of electronic products, electrical products, home appliances, or related consumer products is preferred.
• Good understanding of product quality inspection, technical specifications, defect identification, and quality control processes.
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Able to use digital reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and related inspection systems.
• Able to travel frequently to customer sites and work independently in field assignments.
• Own car or personal transportation will be an advantage.
