Whether supporting a student's first encounter with a studio or workshop process or helping realise a complex final-year project, you will be approachable, solution-focused and committed to enabling creative success.

You will also have excellent organisational skills and a strong understanding of workshop health and safety requirements, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, welcoming and supportive learning environment.
