In addition to selling to hospitals and medical distributors, we partner with major MedTech companies that integrate our technology into their own products and platforms.
To strengthen these partnerships and scale our integrations, we are looking for a technically sharp and commercially capable professional who can act as the bridge between our engineering teams and our MedTech customers.
DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
We’re hiring a Technical Integration & Sales Engineer who will take ownership of the technical-commercial relationship with our MedTech partners. This role is a hybrid position requiring:
- A solid engineering or biomedical engineering background.
- Technical fluency in medical device systems and applications.
- The ability to manage complex and long integration cycles.
- Clear communication with product, regulatory, and engineering teams, both internally and on the customer’s side.
You will drive all technical, procedural, and delivery-related interactions between Arspectra and our integration partners. Your success directly impacts how our technology becomes embedded in the next generation of medical devices globally.
ROLES & RESPONSABILITIES
Partner & Customer Interaction
- Act as the technical-commercial point of contact for MedTech partners integrating our AR technology.
- Understand their product architecture, clinical use cases, and integration requirements.
- Lead technical discussions, feasibility assessments, and solution proposals.
- Translate partner needs into clear, actionable requirements for internal R&D, software, hardware, and regulatory teams.
Project & Integration Management
- Coordinate and track deliverables across engineering, development, QA, and regulatory affairs.
- Manage integration timelines, design reviews, test phases, and validation activities.
- Ensure all technical, regulatory, and documentation obligations are met on time.
- Prepare and maintain integration documentation, customer specifications, and compliance-relevant materials.
Commercial & Strategic Ownership
- Support the business team in shaping partnership agreements and long-term integration roadmaps.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing partners (new modules, workflows, applications).
- Represent Arspectra at partner meetings, industry events, and technical evaluations.
Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work daily with engineering leaders, developers, regulatory experts, and management.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between partner expectations and internal capabilities.
- Bring field insights back into product strategy and future development.
SKILL / JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or equivalent technical field.
- Experience working with medical device companies (OEMs, integrators, surgical/diagnostic platforms).
- Solid understanding of medical device systems, integration workflows, and regulatory constraints.
- Proven experience in technical presales, applications engineering, solution integration, or technical project management.
- Comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, hardware constraints, clinical workflow impacts, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong project management skills, and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience with medical device company & technology compliance (e.g. ISO 13485).
- Fluent English; German, French, and/or Spanish strongly preferred.
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
ADVANTAGES
- Direct influence on how top-tier MedTech companies integrate and deploy cutting-edge AR systems.
- Work at the center of both commercial partnerships and technical development.
- A high-impact, career-defining role in a company with global ambitions.
- Competitive compensation.
- Flexible working hours and locations.
- Flat hierarchy and direct contact with top management and engineering leadership.
