• In addition to your studies, you can work 20 hours a week without problems with flexible working hours and the possibility of teleworking
• You have a full-time active student relationship for at least 1 year
• You study at a higher education institution (college, university)
• You can use MS Office with confidence
• You have a high level of Excel and PowerBI knowledge (Knowledge of functions, macros, practical use)
• Accurate and precise or, in addition, it is characterized by openness
• You communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Proactivity, good problem-solving skills, results-oriented personality, “can do it” attitude
• You love and can work in a team, but you can successfully complete your tasks independently

• Knowledge of technical processes (installation-troubleshooting) or sales processes (ordering)

What kind of project or topic would you be working on?

• The aim of our team is to support sales and technical colleagues working in direct customer relationships in order to meet customer needs as smoothly as possible. Based on the information received from them, our goal is to improve the technical record. In this position, as a valued member of our team, you can have an impact on increasing the effectiveness of the front channels supported by the sector

What would be your task?

• Repair of networks in the technical register or perform administrative tasks.
• Sort the alignment data of circuits that cannot be handled by automatic settings in the Technical Register, or sort process elements designed for manual handling.
• Liaising with experts and sales colleagues
• Support of experienced colleagues in analyzing and solving problems that arise
