- Provide remote technical support to clients on Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and other related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity management, authentication, and authorization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Develop documentation and training materials for internal use by the IT team.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and remote support tools.
- Experience working with various operating systems (Windows) and troubleshooting techniques.
