ABOUT THE JOB

Technical IT Operations Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and tech-savvy person to join our Operations team. The role combines operational tasks and basic IT support.

The ideal candidate should have training or previous experience in IT, computer systems or a related technical field. They should be organised, comfortable using software and digital tools, able to troubleshoot basic technical issues, and confident working independently while following established procedures.

The position involves a mix of repetitive operational tasks and practical technical support, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

1. Data Processor

• Process and organise information received.
• Match and validate data across different sources.
• Import data into internal systems.
• Identify errors, missing information and duplicates.

2. PDF Management

• Match tickets to the correct sales and customer orders.
• Upload, organise and manage PDF files.
• Verify that tickets are correctly assigned and ready for delivery.

3. IT Assistant – Devices, Setups & Networks

• Set up and configure computers, devices and software.
• Assist with basic network connectivity and IT issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and system problems.
• Support employees with technical issues and maintain operational equipment.

Key Skills

• Training or experience in IT, computer systems or technical support.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude and good problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using Mac environment.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to learn new tools and improve existing processes.
• Proficient English communication skills.
