Technical Lab Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage coal, metals, minerals, and other materials testing laboratories to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the development and implementation of quality control procedures for raw materials procurement, processing, and product testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in laboratory operations and implement changes as needed.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of test results, data analysis, and calibration schedules.

Job Requirements :

• 5-20 years of experience in a similar role within the iron & steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of coal, metals, minerals, and their properties.
• Proven track record in laboratory management or supervision.
