Technical Lawman

Job Summary

The Technical Lawman is a specialized legal professional responsible for managing complex litigation cases, providing expert legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with employment and technical law regulations. This role requires a strong foundation in legal writing, case management, and trial preparation, combined with in-depth knowledge of technical law and law-related technicalities. Duties

• Handle litigation processes from case initiation through resolution, including trial preparation and courtroom representation.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and produce precise legal writing to support case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear legal counsel and updates on case developments.
• Manage legal cases efficiently using specialized case management systems to track deadlines, evidence, and documentation.
• Offer expert advice on employment law matters relevant to clients’ situations.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and technical experts to interpret complex technical law issues.
• Get involved in hands-on activities related to case investigation or evidence gathering when appropriately consented to do so.
• Stay updated on evolving laws and technical regulations impacting the legal landscape within the industry.

Experience

• Proven experience in litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom procedures.
• Strong background in legal writing, research, and client communication.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and technical law principles.
• Familiarity with legal case management tools and software for efficient workflow management.
• Ability to interpret technical law intricacies and apply them effectively within legal contexts.
• Willingness to engage in practical tasks related to case work when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
