Technical Lead – AI & Data Security

About the role

Lead the development of the company's AI and data security technology strategy, technology roadmap, and R&D plan. Build and manage a technical team to create a highly secure, compliant, and scalable data platform and product system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the company's AI and data security technology strategy, technology roadmap, and R&D plan
• Lead the team to build a highly secure, compliant, and scalable data platform and product system
• Establish and improve the R&D management system, covering requirements, architecture, development, testing, release, operations and maintenance, and security audits
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to support data security and compliance requirements in cross-border HR scenarios
• Participate in technical discussions with key customers, solution design, and pre-sales support, and maintain customer relationships
• Build, recruit, develop, and manage the technical team to enhance the team's delivery and innovation capabilities

About you

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in technology R&D and 5+ years of experience in technical team management
• Experience as a Technical Lead, R&D Director, CTO, CEO, or in an equivalent management position is preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin; English as a business working language; Cantonese is a plus
• Possess strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, cross-cultural communication skills, and strong execution ability
• Able to accommodate occasional travel outside Hong Kong
