Technical Lead, AI Lending Systems (IT Application Support)

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture

• Act as Technical Lead for AI-enabled lending initiatives

• Responsible for end-to-end solution design and integration architecture

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and system design principles

• Work closely with EA, GDT, ITPM, GCISM, platform and network teams to:

1. Define and refine solution architecture
2. Support architecture discussions and technical alignment

B. Lending Ecosystem SME

• Serve as domain expert across the loan origination lifecycle, including:

1. Customer onboarding
2. Credit assessment and decisioning
3. Loan processing workflows
4. Regulatory reporting (e.g. CCRIS)

• Ensure consistent design and integration across AOS and RLOS platforms

• Translate AI outputs into practical system workflows and decision points

C. System Integration & Technical Enablement

• Manage and support the integration in a cloud/API-driven architecture, between:

1. AI platforms/agents
2. Loan origination systems – AOS & RLOS
3. External systems – for e.g. CTOS, CCRIS

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability

D. SDLC, Release & Change Management

• Support full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):

1. Requirement analysis and solution design
2. SIT, UAT, and regression testing
3. Production deployment and post-deployment validation

• Manage release and deployment activities in compliance with governance & change procedures:

1. Ensure complete documentation and stakeholders sign off
2. Obtain downtime approvals from business stakeholders and regulatory (if required)
3. Provide technical inputs for System Acceptance Checklist (SAC) completion
4. Presentation to Change Request Committee (CRC) for approvals
5. Execution of deployment and rollback plans

E. Take ownership of productionisation of AI capabilities, including:

• Transition from Pilot -> Production deployment

• Support BAU operations in a cloud/hyperscale environment:

1. Monitoring integrations and workflow executions
2. Managing incidents, defects, and service disruptions
3. Coordinating fixes/issue resolution with vendors, business stakeholders & GDT

F. Production support & operational activities

• Provide first-level technical and integration support

• Perform issue investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination

• Support operational technical activities, such as:

1. Data correction / data patching
2. System parameter configuration
3. Extraction of Application / system logs for troubleshooting

REQUIREMENT

• Experience in banking IT / application development / integration

• Experience in loan origination systems or lending domain

• Hands-on experience in:

1. API integration / middleware / microservices architecture
2. Cloud-based systems or distributed architecture

• Exposure to AI/ML projects (implementation/integration level)

• Experience in SDLC, UAT, deployment, and production support

• Familiarity with regulatory/reporting systems (e.g. CCRIS)
