Technical Lead And Software Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Independently analyze requirements, identify solutions and take ownership from requirement to delivery.
• Communicate directly with US based clients, understand their requirements/issues and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP/Laravel.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and identify root causes.
• Design and develop REST APIs, database solutions and third-party integrations.
• Provide technical estimates, identify risks and communicate progress and dependencies.
• Lead and mentor a small development team when required.
• Work closely with QA and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Kiro, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc., and use them effectively in software development.

Mandatory Skills

• 12-15 years of software development experience
• Strong client communication and requirement-understanding skills
• Strong PHP / Laravel experience
• REST APIs and web application development
• Git / Bitbucket / GitHub
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of software design and development practices
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
• Experience mentoring or guiding developers
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development

Preferred Skills

• Application performance optimization
• Cloud-based applications
• Redis, queues and background jobs
• Third-party API and payment integrations
• Automated testing
