Were looking for experienced Technical Leads who combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability. Youll lead a cross-functional engineering squad, delivering strategic platform enhancements while ensuring the stability, performance and resilience of our production services.

What Were Looking For

• 8+ years experience in software engineering, platform engineering or application development.
• Experience leading engineering teams or serving as a senior technical lead.
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems and enterprise application development.
• Experience supporting both technology change and production environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for engineering excellence, continuous improvement and developing others.

Location and Work Arrangement

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Bangalore or Pune with hybrid working.
