Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS.
• Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and modern web applications.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, design, and engineering best practices.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Drive AI-powered engineering tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define coding standards, documentation, and software security practices.
• Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Identify technical risks, reduce technical debt, and drive architectural improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS for full-stack development.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable SaaS and cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, test automation, and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in software design, debugging, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Experience leading technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for leveraging AI to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
