About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Lead with around 4 to 10 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. This is a hybrid role, requiring a mix of remote work and periodic on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and optimize cost and performance
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and disaster recovery planning
• Maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Enforce security best practices and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of experience in Tech Lead, DevOps, SRE, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Good to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of security practices (DevSecOps)
• Exposure to serverless technologies
• Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
