Technical Lead

Client & Role

This is an opportunity to join a large, well-established organisation with a strong focus on technology, its people and continued development.
As an experienced MuleSoft professional, you’ll combine hands-on technical delivery with leadership and coaching. You’ll provide technical direction, support engineers and help strengthen MuleSoft standards and ways of working across an enterprise integration environment.

The role offers a natural next step for someone looking to broaden their leadership experience while remaining technically involved, taking on greater responsibility across people and engineering capability with plenty of opportunity for continued career development.

What you'll be doing

• Lead MuleSoft technical delivery while remaining hands-on across Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
• Coach and develop integration engineers, building capability and strong engineering practices.
• Drive API-led design, reusable integration patterns, technical standards and solution/code reviews.
• Work across architecture, DevOps and delivery teams to improve platform reliability, CI/CD and integration outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on MuleSoft experience across Mule 4, Anypoint Platform and enterprise integration.
• Technical leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and providing direction to engineers.
• Strong knowledge of API-led architecture, DataWeave, RAML/OpenAPI, MUnit and CI/CD practices.
• The ability to balance technical delivery with growing people leadership responsibilities and a desire to progress into broader Leadership role in the future.

Do you enjoy developing people as much as solving technical problems? This could be the next step in your MuleSoft leadership career. Apply today.
