Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 4-6 years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, Angular, MS SQL Server, and Oracle, with the ability to guide the development team and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Lead a small team of developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate with QA, Project Managers, and implementation teams.
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and effort estimates.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .NET Framework, and .NET 6/8.
• Strong hands-on experience in Angular (v15 or above), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and Oracle Database, including stored procedures, functions, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with REST APIs, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Git/GitLab, version control, and code review.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, IIS, and Windows Server deployment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial Inclusion, or Digital Payment projects.
• Exposure to application modernization and migration to .NET 8.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
