Roles & Responsibilities

• Architecture Ownership: Define overall system architecture, make strategic technical decisions on frameworks, and act as the final technical authority.
• Engineering Standards: Establish strict coding standards, drive clean architecture, conduct thorough code reviews, and actively reduce technical debt.
• Team Leadership: Mentor engineers to elevate their technical maturity, promote high accountability, and guide best practices in API design and resilience.
• Platform Strategy: Oversee the evolution of systems into production-grade platforms, leading root cause analysis and ensuring robust observability.
• Technical Planning: Translate product requirements into technical deliverables, providing realistic estimations while balancing speed with long-term scalability.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of building and scaling production systems.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in backend development (Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET), frontend architecture principles, and RESTful API design.
• Infrastructure & Data: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, scalable system design, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment practices.
• Preferred Skills: Proven experience leading small, high-performing teams, transforming fragmented systems into structured platforms, and prior experience in Fintech or automation-heavy environments.
